Miradero Capital is currently making investments from its first fund, Puerto Rico Entrepreneurs Fund, L.P. ("PREF"). PREF, with approximately $31 million in committed capital, was licensed in 2002 as a Small Business Investment Company ("SBIC") by the U.S. Small Business Administration. Its investors include the Government of Puerto Rico, the leading financial institutions on the Island, prominent local corporations and high net worth individuals.

As private equity investors it is our job to add value to our portfolio companies. We aim to become a strategic partner to the management teams of our portfolio companies dealing with such issues as financial and strategic planning, acquisitions, management recruiting and compensation, and product and market development.
